• Does not drop naturally, and only replaces rock trinket drops once the rock trinket pool is depleted.

Interactions

• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Breakfast Fossil rerolls it into Sensory Grimlin.

Trivia

• Breakfast Fossil, and its method of obtaining it is a direct reference to "breakfasting", a mechanic in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth where the Treasure Room item pool will contain only Breakfast if it has been depleted of all other items.
• Breakfast Fossil is the only fossil that has no abilities outside of its crush effect.
